All members of OGCTA are employees under the Government of Odisha. They are recruited through a robust and rigorous examination system conducted by the Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC), following recruitment rules framed by the State Government of Odisha from time to time.
Recruitments are primarily based on:
All OGCTA members serve in Government Degree Colleges of Odisha and in other administrative units under the Higher Education Department. OPSC conducts interviews following UGC guidelines and based on the above rules to recommend eligible candidates for appointment.
